Version 6.2.2.3 Highlights

This version focuses on the release of our new Document Signing Portal and the integration of it with our Workflows module.  HR Manage now allows you to create a document signing pack that consists of documents collected (or generated) from various sources before being sent to the document portal for signing.  Upon completion of all parties, the document is retrieved back into HR Manage and broken up into smaller documents that are then stored and assigned to the employee that the document(s) were for.

This is just the first release of our Document Signing Portal and we’ll continue to make improvements based on user feedback.

Version 6.2.1.10 Highlights

This is an interim release in preparation for version 6.2.2 that will feature our new Electronic Document Signing functionality.  This version includes the ability to configure Sign Templates that will be used by workflows for signing document packs.  The main purpose for this release is to include the new, completely redesigned, Reporting Platform that allows administrators to design their own reports using a visual report designer.  We’ve switched 3rd party providers for this functionality and due to that, the existing custom designed reports is not compatible with the new version.  Our team will help redesign all existing reports on the new platform so that everybody is ready to upgrade to version 6.2.2 when it releases.

Training Skills Gap Report

We’ve upgraded our Compliance Requirement Groups to now include Learning Interventions.  While the legacy skills gap report still works (based on job profiles), the newly created gap report will use compliance data instead to determine each person’s required training.  This means that a person’s skills profile will automatically change whenever the person is moved between branches, departments, divisions, external contracting companies, occupations and more.  The latest up-to-date skills gap matrix can be generated with the click of a few buttons.
